Our fully trained Carers visit your home to lend a hand with your various day-to-day task, providing a much needed break for yourself, or who ever cares for you.

By choosing our bespoke respite care service, you will be able to relax knowing that you or your loved one are safe in the care of a fully trained New Shepherd Carer.

We offer Respite care in 3 ways:

Home visits -  This is a designed to provide additional support for a few hours in the day allowing you to continue your daily activities as normal.

Live-in: This is designed for when more support is needed and our carer lives with you providing all the support and companionship you need 24-7.

Waking Nights: This package is individuals who require support whilst they sleep, in the form of supervision, personal care, drink preparations etc. Our team stay awake throughout the night to ensure your safety and comfort.

Live-In or Night Care

Thousands of families across the UK are choosing to have a Live-in Carer as an alternative to Residential Care Homes. This is mainly due to the fact that it is more affordable, and also more personal as Live-in Care allows you to maintain the same daily routines, activities, meals, and most importantly, avoids the stress of a big move into a Residential Care Home!

With a spare room in your home, our Live-In Carers will be able to assist you 24-7 (as much or as little as you'd like!) ensuring your safety at all times

We understand that allowing a Live-in Carer into your home can be an awkward or uncomfortable procedure, that's why we arranged an initial meeting to asses your needs, preferences, likes, dislikes, in order to provide you with a personal Care Package and Live-in Carer that fits to your lifestyle.

All New Shepherd Carers our trained to provided the needed support for both disabled adults and elderly adults, allowing you to continue to live comfortably in your home

An alternative to live-in care is Waking Night Care, which is usually 12 hours long, allowing us to provide various care tasks overnight.
